Welcome to Show Off. By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Show Off (“we”, “our”, “us”) at our salon located at 9-11 Market Street, Hertford, England, SG14 1BD.
  • 1.2 By making an appointment or using our services, you (“client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • 1.3 Show Off reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be displayed on our website and in-salon.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • 2.1 Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person.
  • 2.2 We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • 2.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service price.
  • 2.4 We reserve the right to cancel appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness or emergencies.

3. Payment

  • 3.1 Payment is required at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made.
  • 3.2 We accept cash and card payments.
  • 3.3 Prices for services are as advertised at the time of booking and are subject to change.

4. Treatments and Services

  • 4.1 Show Off offers a variety of treatments including, but not limited to, hair services, massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and skincare treatments.
  • 4.2 All treatments are delivered by qualified staff.
  • 4.3 Results may vary depending on the individual and are not guaranteed.
  • 4.4 We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for any reason.

5. Health and Safety

  • 5.1 Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the treatment.
  • 5.2 Show Off follows strict hygiene and safety protocols in line with UK health regulations.
  • 5.3 We are not liable for any adverse reactions if clients fail to disclose relevant health information.

6. Client Conduct

  • 6.1 Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
  • 6.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any client from the salon premises if behavior is inappropriate or abusive.

7. Liability

  • 7.1 Show Off is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from treatments provided, except where caused by negligence.
  • 7.2 Personal belongings brought to the salon are the client’s responsibility.
  • 7.3 Advice given by our staff is for general guidance and should not replace medical or professional advice.

8. Photography and Media

  • 8.1 With your consent, Show Off may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
  • 8.2 Clients can opt out of media use at any time.

9. Complaints and Feedback

  • 9.1 Any complaints should be addressed directly to a member of staff as soon as possible.
  • 9.2 We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly.

10. Governing Law

  • 10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • 10.2 Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
